以聚丙烯酸为原料,采用连续酯化法,合成了一类新型的膦酸改性的聚羧酸减水剂。并通过红外光谱(IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等方法对聚合物结构进行了验证。通过对膦酸单体比例进行优化筛选,确定当膦酸单体比例为30%时,样品PCA-3减水和保坍性能最优。与未膦酸化改性样品相比,PCA-3具有延缓水泥水化和抗黏土的性能。我们通过电导率实验和吸附实验,证实与PCA-3具有较强的吸附能力。
A new kind of phosphonic acid modified polycarboxylic acid water reducer was synthesized by continuous esterification using polyacrylic acid( PAA) as raw material. The structure of the polymer was verified by infrared spectroscopy( IR) and gel permeation chromatography( GPC). Through the optimization,when the ration of phosphate monomer ratio was 30%,the sample PCA- 3 offered the best performance of water reducing and slump retention ability.Compared with the control sample,PCA- 3 retarded the cement hydration and demonstrated obvious clay tolerance.Through conductivity experiments and adsorption experiments,it was confirmed that PCA- 3 had strong adsorption capacity.
