采用激光光散射法测定了聚羧酸减水剂(polycarboxylate comb-like copolymers,PCE)的分子量。通过在PCE溶液中加入Na Cl及过滤聚集体的方法来消除聚电解质效应对分子量测定的影响,进而得到准确的单分子分子量。与此同时,对PCE在溶液中的构象进行了初步的表征,结果表明PCE分子在单一离子盐环境下呈现柔顺链结构。
The molecular weight ( Mw ) of the polycarboxylate comb-like copolymers was determined by means of the static light scattering. To determine the real Mw, enough NaCl was added to eliminate the slow mode caused by the polyelectrolyte effect, and the PCE solution was further filtered to remove the PCE aggregates. Furthermore, the solution behavior of PCE was investigated by the laser light scattering, showing flexible chain morphology in solvents.
