提升我国国家创新能力,关键要依靠作为自主创新主体的我国企业。技术联盟已成为企业快速提升自主创新能力的重要途径。知识转移是技术联盟主体学习和取得外部知识的重要途径。组织公民行为是由一系列与工作有关的自主合作行为所构成,理论与实践证明组织公民行为对提升组织绩效具有积极作用,但是组织公民行为对知识转移效果的影响作用还有待于进行理论分析与实证检验。在组织行为学的视角上,通过分析组织公民行为与技术联盟知识转移效果的影响关系,提出技术联盟组织公民行为对知识转移效果影响因素理论模型。这在理论上丰富了知识管理和组织公民行为的相关研究,并为实证研究奠定了理论基础;在管理实践上有助于企业在组织行为学视角采取措施激发员工的组织公民行为,对提高企业的技术创新能力具有一定的参考价值。
The national innovation ability determines not only competitive strength of the country but also the level of sustainable development.The essential goal of technology alliance is the learning and creation of knowledge.The enterprises can acquire the complemented resource and improve its core competitiveness by technology alliance.Theory and practice proved that organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB) improve organizational performance,but it is not demonstrated whether OCB is conducive to knowledge transfer.From the perspective of organizational behavior,the influence relation between OCB and effectiveness of knowledge transfer is analyzed,and also the theoretical model for influence of OCB on knowledge transfer within technology alliance is presented in the article.It enriches the theory research on OCB and knowledge trasfer and lays a foundation for empirical study.
