在单晶硅太阳能电池的制备过程中,经常利用碱溶液对电池表面进行“织构”,以形成陷光,增强对光的吸收.在NaOH溶液中制备硅片时,由于各个晶面的腐蚀速率不同,在硅片表面会形成类“金字塔”形绒面.碱溶液浓度、添加剂用量、反应温度以及时间等都会影响到绒面的形成.文中通过正交试验方法,分析了各个因素对绒面形成的影响,得出了最佳的试验条件为:碱溶液浓度为2.5%;反应温度为95℃;添加剂用量为5%;腐蚀时间为30min.
In the production of monocrystalline silicon solar cells, alkaline solution is customarily used to texture the cell surface, which makes the surface to trap light as well as increases the absorption of lights. Besides, texturing "pyramid" can be formed on the silicon surface due to the difference in etching ratio. Such factors as the alkaline solution content, the additive dosage, the reaction temperature and the etching time all have certain effects on the formation of the "pyramid". In this paper, the effects of the above-mentioned factors affecting the formation of "pyramid"were analyzed by orthogonal experiments, and the optimal conditions for texturing "pyramid" were obtained. It is found that the optimal experimental conditions include an alkaline solution concentration of 2.5%, a reaction temperature of 95 ℃, an additive dosage of 5% and an etching time of 30 min.
