目的:对交泰丸中药配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂中盐酸小檗碱的溶出率进行比较,为临床中药剂型的选用提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,XTerra RP18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流行相为0.05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调pH至3.5)-乙腈(70:30),流速为0.9mL·min^-1,检测波长为345nm,柱温为35℃。结果:交泰丸中药配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂中盐酸小檗碱的相对溶出率分别N/97.39%,85.21%。结论:中药配方颗粒组方时相互之间的影响可能要小于由饮片共煎而形成的传统汤剂。
OBJECtIVE To compare the dissolution rate of berberine between granules and traditional decoction of tranditional Chinese medicine of Jiaotai pill, and to provide a scientific basis of Jiaotai pill used in clinic. METItODS The samples were determined by HPLC, XTerraRP18 column (4. 6 minx 250 mm, 5 μ) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 05 mol.L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate and acetonitrile which was adjusted to pH 3. 5 by phosphoric acid (70:30), the flow rate was 0. 9 mL~min-~ , the detection wavelength was set at 345 nm and the column temperature was 35 ~C. RESULTS The relative dissolution rate of berberine of Jiaotai pill was 97. 39% in granules and was 85. 21 % in traditional Chinese medicine de- coction. CONCLUSION TCM formula composed by granules maybe has less effect to its main composition than its traditional decoction.
