With the rise of the dynamics and complexity of business environment, more and more enterprises implement flexible labor employment. The paper mainly introduces flexible firm model with three employment modes : co - employment, direct employment and indirect employment. It discusses how this model can be applied in China by referring to the advanced European experience.
