为了探索磷矿石中磷的新式富集方法,引入O2和CO2,对气体通入速率、液固比、温度和时间等因素对磷富集的影响进行了初步实验.结果表明:适宜的O2和CO2均可使磷矿所含磷含量提高,其中CO2的通入效果更佳.当CO2通入速率0.15 L/min,O2通入速率0.15 L/min,液固比3:1,反应温度30℃,反应时间9d时,P2O5质量分数可达到30.560%.
The new enrichment method of phosphorus element by O2 and CO2 was focused on to research the influence of gas flow, by 02 and CO2 could 30 ℃ for 9 d, liquid liquid -solid ratio, temperature and time to phosphorite. The results showed that suitable gas flow increase P205 content, and the effect of CO2 was better. P205 contents reached up to 30. 560% at solid ratio 3 : 1, CO2 gas flow 0. 15 L/min, and O2 gas flow 0. 15 L/min.
