分析了目前地方院校土木工程专业人才培养中存在的问题：重理论教学,轻实践教学;实践教学环节缺乏系统性规划;部分教师缺乏工程素质;学生在企业实习锻炼的时间较短;毕业生就业压力加大等。基于卓越工程师理念提出了解决这些问题的办法,这些改革措施对土木工程专业应用型人才培养具有指导意义。
英文摘要：
Some problems of personnel training in civil engineering in local universities are analyzed, such as stressing theoretical teaching but overlooking practical teaching, lack of systematic planning in practical teaching, lack of some en- gineering facuhy＇s engineering quality, short practice time in the enterprise for college graduates, employment difficulties for college graduates. Based on the concept of outstanding engineers＇ plans some solutions are advised in this paper, and these reform measures have guiding significance in the cultivation of the civil engineering talents for applied undergradu- ates.
