科学合理地规划路内停车,不仅要求规划工作步骤科学,而且,宏观上要求路内停车占整个公共停车比例保持在合理的范围之内。文章分别分析了路内停车需求影响因素和路内停车供给约束条件,并把这些因素进行了量化。通过综合考虑影响路内停车需求的各种因素和路内停车供应的各种约束条件,在供需平衡的约束条件下建立非线性优化模型,并对其算法进行了分析探讨。最后将模型应用到铜陵市实际项目规划中。结果表明,该模型在应用中具有较高的实用性。
A reasonable curb parking planning not only needs scientific planning, but also needs keeping the curb parking proportion in the whole public parking within a reasonable range. This paper analyzes the influence factors of curb parking demand and the constrained factors of parking supply, and these factors are all measured. A nonlinear optimal model is proposed considering the restrictions of demand and supply synthetically, and then an algorithm for the model is designed. At the end of this paper, the model is applied to the parking planning of Tonglin. The result shows that the model can insure practicability in the practical operation.
