探讨了透水模板工艺对混凝土抗冲磨性能的影响。采用普通胶合板试模和贴透水模板布试模浇筑成型不同配合比混凝土,运用抗冲磨、抗压、扫描电镜和压汞试验,从宏观和微观两方面对混凝土抗冲磨性能进行分析。结果表明:使用透水模板布后,混凝土抗冲磨强度得到明显提高而抗压强度变化却不显著;混凝土试样表层出现大量C-S-H凝胶,形成致密浆体结构,孔隙结构分布更趋合理,有利于改善混凝土抗冲磨性能。
In order to investigate influence of concrete anti-abrasion property formed with controlled permeability formwork liner(CPFL),moulds pasted with and without CPFL are tested according to different mixture ratio concrete.Series experiments including abrasion resistance,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and mercury intrusion porosimeter were carried out and analyzed from both aspects of macrostructure and microstructure.The results indicate that the anti-abrasion properties of concrete with CPFL are enhanced obviously,but the compressive strength does not obviously change.The surface of concrete sample forms a lot of C-S-H gelatin and compact hydro mass structure,and the pore structure tends to be reasonable,which are advantage to improve concrete anti-abrasion properties resistance.
