英文摘要：
From the view of behavioral theory, it analyzes latent strategic motives which drive technological innovation, and divide technological innovation into two categories： Problemistic innovation based on performance and slack innovation based on competition. Then it constructs a framework about selection on alternative technological innovation strategies and puts forward some propositions about the choice of technological innovation strategies.
