目的:应用红外热扫描成像诊断系统勃锐精的药物靶向进行动态评价研究。方法:收集5位卵巢早衰性不孕受试者,给予勃锐精5g冲服,分别于服用前行红外扫描1次,服用后0、30、70、100、130、160min各行红外扫描1次,采用TTM对每位受试者采集全身12幅热像图,完成共计30次的扫描后,对下腹、双肾、子宫、双卵巢、督脉、神阙8个区位的热值进行数据分析。结果:服用勃锐精30min后可提高双肾、督脉、神阙区位的热值,服用勃锐精70min后可提高双侧卵巢、子宫、下腹区位的热值,且勃锐精对双肾、右侧卵巢、督脉四个区位热值的提高更为明显。结论:勃锐精的药物靶向性集中在双肾、督脉、右侧卵巢区位。
Objective: To dynamically assess drug targeting of proxeed-plux on premature failure using infrared thermography. Methods: Five infertility patients of premature ovarian failure were recruited. By using infrared thermography 12 thermal images of different body locations were taken from each patient after they took proxeed-plnx at 0, 30, 70, 100, 130, 160min respectively. The heat values in the lower quadrant abdomen, bilateral kidneys, uterus, bilateral ovaries, Du meridian, and Shenque were statistically analyzed after scanning for 30 times. Results: Proxeed-plux enhanced the heat values of the locations of the bilateral kidneys Du meridian, and Shenque after 30min, and enhanced the heat values of the locations of the bilateral ovaries, lower quadrant abdomen, and uterus after 70min, however, proxeed-plnx improved the heat values of the locations of the bilateral kidneys, the right ovary, and Du meridian more obviously. Conclusion: The drug target of proxeed-plux focus on the locations of bilateral kidneys, Du meridian, and the right ovary, laying the foundation for using proxeed-plux to treat infertility caused by premature ovarian failure.
