现有光伏系统的控制器普遍选用微控制器为核心,由于其对软件的依赖和产品具有多样性,因此给系统的维护带来工具无法共用、重复投资等缺点。在分析现有太阳能控制器相关研究的基础上,提出采用集成运放替代微控制器的智能太阳能控制器方案,并以直流12 V/10 A小功率应用为研究实例。仿真试验和实物试验的双重验证结果表明,该控制器方案可行,且电路简单、成本低廉,适于电子技术课程教学和小功率应用。
Micro-controller generally is applied in existing photovoltaic system controller,which results in such as no shared system maintenance tools,repeated investment,etc.due to its software dependence and diversity.Based on the analysis of related research on the existing solar controller,a new type smart solar controller scheme with integrated operational amplifier was proposed and instanced a DC 12 V/10 A small power application.The design scheme has passed both the simulation experiment and circuit physical experiment.The results show that the controller can achieve the same control function with micro-controller core,and the circuit is simple,low cost and overcomes the shortcomings.
