不同温度下煅烧硫酸钙晶须,并用XRD测定煅烧产物的结构,发现其晶型和晶格结构均有变化,600℃左右煅烧的硫酸钙晶须品格结构最为致密。硫酸钙晶须的水化试验表明:不同温度煅烧的硫酸钙晶须具有不同的稳定性,600℃以上温度煅烧的硫酸钙晶须具有很好的稳定性,并且煅烧硫酸钙晶须的晶型和晶格结构差异是其稳定性不同的主要原因。
In this paper,calcium sulfate whiskers were calcined at different temperature and tested by XRD. It was presented that there were different crystal mold and crystal structure of calcined calcium sulfate whiskers and the highest density crystal structure at 600 ℃. The hydration experiment results showed that there was different stability of calcined calcium sulfate whiskers at different temperature and the better ahove 600 ℃, and that the main reasons for stability change were crystal structural and mold differences between them.
