目的 本研究以工作倦怠及工作满意度为结果变量,区分考察了依恋取向在上级和同事支持对工作健康的促进作用中所产生的调节效应.方法 通过对服务行业207名员工进行问卷调查,结果 依恋焦虑对上级和同事支持与工作倦怠的关系有一定的正向调节效应.低依恋焦虑取向者的倦怠水平随支持水平上升而显著下降;但对高依恋焦虑取向的个体,社会支持对工作倦怠的缓解作用会减弱.依恋焦虑对上级支持与工作满意度的关系具有负向调节效应,上级支持不能显著提升高依恋焦虑取向者对工作的满意.结论 研究说明特异的依恋取向能影响个体利用社会支持抵御工作倦怠及提升工作满意的有效性.
Objective This study examined the moderate effects of attachment orientations on the relationship between social supports and job health (including job burnout and job satisfaction).Methods Based on questionnaire study among 207 service workers,the results suggested that anxiety had positive moderate effects on the relationship between social supports and job burnout/job satisfaction to some extent.Results The effects of social supports on burnout/satisfaction would change on the condition that individuals had different attachment orientations; to those individuals with low level of attachment anxiety,the burnout decreases with more social supports.Conversely,to those with high level of attachment anxiety,the moderate effects of social supports weaken.Therefore,attachment anxiety has negative moderate effects on the relationship between social supports and job satisfaction.The supports cannot obviously help the high attachment anxiety individuals to improve their job satisfaction.Conclusion The study indicated that distinctive attachment orientations would affect the efficiency for the individuals to resist the job burnout and promote job satisfaction with social supports.
