目的研究红霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素三种大环内酯类药物对泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体体外药敏试验,评价药敏结果和临床疗效的关系,以指导临床用药。方法采用细胞培养和碘染包涵体计数的方法,将采集到的符合要求的237株临床株进行细胞传代培养,并对其中52株感染率达90%以上的标本进行3种大环内酯类的药敏试验。结果共培养出沙眼衣原体82株,阳性率为34.60%。感染率达90%的52株药敏结果(MIC)分别为红霉素0.25~2μg/mL,阿奇霉素0.063~1.000μg/mL,克拉霉素0.004~0.064μg/mL。结论共发现13株红霉素耐药株,未发现对其他2种抗菌药耐药的菌株,但阿奇霉素MIC较以前报道升高。
Objective To evaluate the activities of three macrolides agianst Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)by antimicrobial susceptibility testing.Methods Cell culture and iodine staining of chlamydia inclusions were used to culture 237 clinical samples and to determine MICs of three macrolides against 52 samples which infection rate was beyond 90%.Results 82 strains out of 237 clinic isolates were postive for CT,the postive rate was 34.60%.The MICs of Erythromycin,Azithromycin and Clarithromycin,the three macrolides against 52 samples were 0.25~2ug/ml,0.063~1.000ug/ml,0.004~0.064ug/ml,respectively.Conclusion 13 strains were found resistant to Erythromycin,none resistant strain was found to Azithromycin and Clarithromycin.But the MIC of Azithromycin was higher than before.
