Phage is a kind of virus dependening on the bacteria,also called bacterial viruses,and fast breeding in bacteria body.Based on the highly recognition specificity and powerful lysis ability to host bacteria of the phage,there will be a good prospect of phage in the treatment of bacterial infections field.This paper summarizes the research status of the interaction between phage and host.
