目的优选消湿膏的最佳水提工艺。方法以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以干浸膏得率、羟基萘醌总色素作为指标性成分,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果消湿膏的最佳水提工艺为8倍的加水量,提取时间为1.5h,提取次数为2次。结论优选的水提工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Xiaoshi paste. Methods Orthogonal design was carried out to optimize the extraction technology of Xiaoshi paste by using added water, extracting time, extraction times as factors and using drying ex- tract yield and the content of shikonin as index. Results The best water extraction away process for water added eight times, extracting time for 1.5 hours, the extraction times for 2 times. Conclusion The optimal water extraction process is stable and feasible.
