本文针对某五级高负荷压气机进行了实验和数值计算研究,详细对比分析了该压气机设计转速下的气动性能。首先就总体性能和流场细节对数值计算进行实验校核,结果表明:该压气机数值计算得到的总体性能曲线与实验结果吻合良好,设计点和近失速点的级间总压和壁面静压的数值计算和实验结果吻合良好。进一步气动分析表明;该压气机设计工况下气动性能良好,近失速工况下第五级静叶70%叶展以下部分流动首先恶化,进而引发该压气机失速。
The experimental and numerical aerodynamic analysis was conducted for a highly loaded5-stage axial compressor at the design speed.Firstly,the validation based on full-scale test data was carried out for overall performance as well as casing static pressure and total pressure profiles at the leading edge of stators.The validation results indicates that the multistage CFD methods applied predict the overall performance and flow details quite well.Further aerodynamic analysis demonstrates that aerodynamic of the design point is in good condition.And the flows firstly break down in the last stator especially below the 70%span,which is convinced to induce the stall of the machine.
