以醋酸锌、硝酸镧和硝酸钇为原料,丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为网络剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用高分子网络凝胶法制备得到镧、钇共掺杂的Zn O纳米粉体。用紫外灯作为光源,以15 mg/L甲基橙溶液为光催化反应模型污染物,研究了不同掺杂量的纳米Zn O的光催化性能,并用XRD、TEM、XPS、BET等对其进行表征。试验结果表明:当镧、钇的掺杂比分别为0.12%、0.23%时,光催化降解效果最好,反应1 h对甲基橙溶液的色度和COD去除率分别达到95.7%和87.8%。
The polymer lattice gel method has been applied to the preparation of Lanthanum and Yttrium co-doped zinc oxide nano-powder,using zinc acetate,lanthanum and yttrium nitrate as raw materials,acrylamide as monomer,N,N’-methylenediacrylamide as lattice agent and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The photo-catalytic capacity of nano-ZnO particals with different doping amounts are studied,using ultraviolet lamp as its light source and methyl orange solution(15 mg/L) as photo-catalysis reaction model pollutant. Testing techniques,such as XRD,TEM,XPS and BET are utilized in this study for the characterization of the prepared powder. The experimental results show that when the doping ratio of lanthanum and yttrium are 0.12% La3 +and 0.23% Y3 +,respectively,the photo-catalytic degradation effect is the best. After reacted for one hr,the chroma removing rate and COD removing rate of methyl orange can reach 95.7% and 87.8%,respectively.
