采用有机液相合成法合成ZnO纳米材料,分析了制备ZnO纳米材料的机理,研究了配比、煅烧、煅烧温度等因素对制备的ZnO纳米材料光催化降解染料废水的影响。通过TEM,XRD,XPS等手段对其成分、形貌及晶体结构进行表征。实验结果显示,制备的ZnO纳米材料煅烧前粒径为5.9 nm,煅烧后粒径为37.1 nm,煅烧可以提高其光催化性能,最佳原料配比为5∶1,最佳煅烧温度为500℃。
In this study,the ZnO nanomaterials is prepared by organic liquid- phase reaction,the mechanism in the preparation of the nanomaterials of ZnO is analysised and the effects of material,calcination and calcination temperature on the photocatalytic degradation of dye wastewater are studied. TEM,XRD and XPS are used to characterize the composition,morphology and crystal structure of the ZnO nanomaterials. The results show that,the particlesize of the nano- ZnO before calcinated is 5. 9 nm and the particlesize of the nano- ZnO is 37. 1 nm after calcinated. The properties of the nano- ZnO can be improved after calcinated. The optimum proportion of the nano- ZnO preparation is 5∶ 1 and the optimum temperature of the nano- ZnO is 500 ℃.
