针对武汉某生产金银花饮品为主,高污染物含量、可生化性好的制药废水,采用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)工艺进行处理。结果表明,SBBR工艺具有较好的处理效果,COD、BOD5分别降为750、350 mg/L,NH3-N、TN、TP的质量浓度分别降为1.2、7.0、5.0 mg/L,浊度为70 NTU,达到CJ 343-2010中的A级标准,可通过城市污水管网排至城市污水处理厂进一步处理后排放。
The pharmaceutics sewage from honeysuckle beverage produced by some pharmaceutical factory in Wuhan, with high contaminants and well biodegradability, was treated by sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR). The results show SBBR process has well treatment effect. COD, BODs, NH3-N, TN and TP decreased to 750, 350, 1.2, 7.0, 5.0 mg/L, respectively, and turbidity was 70 NTU, which meet the A standard of CJ 343 --2010. The treated pharmaceutics sewage allows discharge through urban sewage pipe net to sewage treatment plant for further treatment.
