以钛酸四正丁酯为原料,采用水热法制备纳米TiO2光催化材料,使用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜对其晶体结构进行表征,并对活性黄溶液进行光催化反应以测定TiO2的催化活性。结果表明,水醇比、水热温度和酯加入量对TiO2的催化效率有显著的影响,当水醇体积比为1:3、水热温度120℃、Ti(OC4H9)4加入量为10 mL条件下制备的TiO2粉末光催化活性最好,对活性黄溶液的降解在60 min时脱色率均可以达到97%以上。
In this experiment,nano-TiO_2 were prepared using hydrothermal method by taking Ti(OC_4H_9)_4 and C_2H_5OH as main ingredients.The crystalline structure of TiO_2 was characterized by XRD and TEM,and catalyst activity to reactive yellow was evaluated.The results show that,when the volume ratios of water to alcohol is 1:3,hydrothermal temperature is 120 ℃ and the amount of Ti(OC_4H_9)_4 is 10 mL,the TiO_2 photocatalyst effect was the best.Degradation ratio of reactive yellow solution can reach above 97%when reaction time is 60 min.
