采用有机液相合成法合成了Cd掺杂ZnO纳米材料,并对染料废水进行光催化降解实验,研究了Cd掺杂量对纳米ZnO光催化性能的影响。通过TEM、XRD、XPS对其成分、形貌及晶体结构进行表征。实验结果表明:镉的掺入提高了ZnO的光催化活性,镉锌质量比为0.9%时光催化性能最好,高压汞灯下反应40 min,活性黄的脱色率和COD去除率分别达到96.7%、63.5%。
