With the development of library mobile service of colleges and universities, cognizing users perception behavior of mobile library in time and dynamically guiding the construction will be an important criterion about success or failure of mobile library construction. For overall understanding domestic user behavior research progress, the paper investigated related literature on the user perception behavior of domestic mobile libraries, particularly summarized and discussed the user perception behavior stage, the investigation object, the research design method, model construction and influencing factors of mobile library, put forward four suggestions about the subsequent perception behavior studies of mobile library to dynamically study the user perception behavior of mobile library so as to authentically grasp the actual use of the user and improve the quality of library mobile service.
