作为图书馆与读者沟通交流的主要途径,图书馆网站互动型栏目建设情况应得到更多的关注和提升。文章对北京市66所本科高校图书馆网站开展网上互动交流栏目的现状进行调查。通过访问各大高校图书馆网站,对其电话咨询、QQ咨询、微博咨询、微信咨询、E-mail咨询、馆长信箱、常见问题解答、留言板、网上调查、失物招领等10个栏目进行调查,获取高校图书馆网上互动交流栏目的开展情况,并对北京市高校图书馆网站互动交流栏目后续发展提出建议,以强化图书馆的服务角色。
As the main way of communication between library and readers, the construction of library online interaction platform should get more attention and improvement. This paper carried out the survey about the current situation of online interactive platforms of 66 university libraries in Beijing, and by visiting the website of each university library, with special emphais of the telephone consultation, QQ consultation, microblogging consultation, WeChat consultation, e-mail consultation, director mailbox, FAQ, message board, online survey, the lost and found, and so on, aiming at understanding the development of university library online interactive platforms, putting forward some suggestions about subsequent development of online interactive platforms of university libraries in Beijing and strengthening the role of the library service.
