通过对2017年中英排名各前20的高校图书馆网站的互动交流栏目进行网络调查,从互动交流栏目选择、栏目布局和实时性服务等方面进行比较分析,调查结果显示中英高校图书馆在图书馆网站互动交流栏目建设过程中普遍存在宣传力度不够、互动栏目设置缺乏统一标准和实时性功能不强等问题。结合中英高校图书馆实践,提出中英高校图书馆需加大图书馆宣传力度、合理布局互动交流栏目、提高图书馆实时性服务水平,以完善高校图书馆网站互动交流栏目建设,增强高校图书馆的服务水平。

英文摘要：

Through investigating library Website interactive communication column of top 20 universities in China and England,the paper made a comparative analysis from the interactive communication column, the column layout, the real-time service and so on. The results showed that the inadequate propaganda,the interactive communication columns lacking unified standard and the not strong real-time function universally existing in the Website construction process of university libraries in China and England. Combing with the practice of university library in China and England,the paper put forward some suggestions to improve the construction of university library Website interactive communication column and enhance the service level of university libraries, including strengthening the propaganda, reasonably arranging interactive communication column and improving library real-time service level.
