目的探讨川芎嗪注射液、参麦注射液辅助治疗慢性肺源性心脏病（CPHD）的疗效。方法选择2014年7月~2016年6月在本院心内科住院的CPHD患者50例,在常规西药治疗的基础上加川芎嗪注射液,参麦注射液,15d,观察治疗前后两组患者血氧分压（PaO_2）、二氧化碳分压（PaCO_2）和脑钠肽（BNP）变化情况,并与50例常规西药治疗组比较。结果治疗组治疗前PaCO_2、PaO_2和BNP水平分别为（76.6±6.3）mm Hg、（52.2±4.5）mm Hg和（3729.8±653.5）pg/m L,治疗后为（51.8±5.4）mm Hg、（68.3±3.5）mm Hg和（248.6±84.7）pg/m L;对照组治疗前为（75.9±5.2）mm Hg、（53.2±4.3）mm Hg和（3655.4±681.5）pg/m L,治疗后为（64.7±5.3）mm Hg（58.1±3.6）mm Hg（534.1±152.5）pg/m L。两组患者治疗前PaCO_2、BNP水平高,治疗后水平下降（P〈0.01）,PaO_2水平低,治疗后提高（P〈0.01）,提示两组治疗均有效,治疗组和对照组患者治疗前PaCO_2、PaO_2和BNP水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后有意义（P〈0.01）,提示治疗组治疗后PaCO_2、BNP水平高,PaO_2水平下降较对照组好,提示川芎嗪注射液、参麦注射液辅助西药治疗肺心病治疗优于常规西药治疗组。结论中西医结合治疗CPHD可有效改善患者血清PaO_2,PaCO_2和BNP水平,对改善患者心肺功能,提高对临床疗效有益。

Objective To explore the effects of ligustrazine injection,and shenmai injection in treatment of curative effect of chronic cor pulmonale（CPHD）.Methods 50 cases of CPHD patients cured in cardiology of our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects.On the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus ligustrazine injection and Shenmai injection,15 days.The blood oxygen partial pressure（PaO_2）,CO2 partial pressure（PaCO_2） and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed,and they were compared with the 50 cases of conventional western medicine treatment group.Results The levels of PaCO_2,PaO_2 and BNP of therapy group before treatment were（76.6±6.3）mm Hg,（52.2±4.5）mm Hg and（3729.8±653.5） pg/m L,and the levels of PaCO_2,PaO_2 and BNP after treatment were（51.8±5.4） mm Hg,（68.3±3.5）mm Hg and（248.6±84.7）pg/ml.The levels of PaCO_2,PaO_2 and BNP of control group before treatment were（75.9±5.2）mm Hg（53.2±4.3） mm Hg and（3655.4±681.5） pg/m L,and the levels of PaCO_2,PaO_2 and BNP of control group after treatment were（64.7±5.3）mm Hg,（58.1±3.6）mm Hg and（534.1±152.5）pg/m L.The PaCO_2,BNP level of the two group before treatmentwere high,after treatment the levels decreased（P〈0.01）,PaO_2 level was low,after treatment the level increased（P〈0.01）.Which shew that the treatment of the two groups were effective.PaCO_2,PaO_2 and BNP levels of therapy group and control group before treatment were not statistically significant（P〉0.05） with meaning after treatment（P〈0.01）.Which shew that the levels of PaCO_2 and BNP in therapy group after treatment were higher,and the level of PaO_2 was better than that of control group.That was ligustrazine injection and Shenmai injection in treatment of cor pulmonale were better than conventional western medicine group.Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese and western medicinein treatment of CPHD can effectively improve
