针对钢板/橡胶粘接结构的脱粘检测需求,利用电磁超声检测无需耦合剂的特点,搭建了电磁超声检测系统。该系统利用Ritec-SNAP 5000产生高频正弦波激励电磁超声换能器( EMAT),在试件的上表层形成超声波,避免了声波在耦合剂与高波阻介质接触界面发生的全反射,提高了声波的透射率。针对检测信号脱粘特征不明显的问题,应用小波分解法对信号进行分解、重构,提取了其功率谱估计结果作为信号脱粘特征参数进行定量分析。实验表明,该方法可有效地判断出界面是否脱粘,提高了电磁超声检测的准确性与可靠性。
According to the detection characteristics without acoustic couplant of electromagnetic ultrasonic,the Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Detection System was built up for meeting the test requirements for steel/rubber ad-hesive structure.The Ritec-SNAP 5000 system produced sine-wave that excited ultrasonic waves in material surface layer by driving the electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer.This method not only effectively avoided the ultrasonic total reflection in the couplant and some High Wave Impedance medium adhesive interface,but signif-icantly improved acoustic transmission rate.The wavelet analysis methods were used simultaneously to overcome the problem that electromagnetic ultrasonic interface debond signal feature is not obvious, then extract signal power spectrum estimation results as the parameters of debond characteristic.The experimental results show that the method can effectively judge whether the interface debond, and increased the reliability and accuracy of EMA detection.
