文章针对圆锥形物体缺陷的检测要求,设计了五轴联动的超声自动检测系统,满足外径φ38~φ117mm,长度39~193mm的物体检测,并进行了抗干扰技术研究;以Vc++为平台设计了相应的软件,实现了超声自动扫描、采集和缺陷的成像、定位;通过实验验证,文章的系统能够的检测出1.5mm以上的划痕、7L状、夹杂等缺陷,满足现有物体的检测要求。
In order to detect the defects of conical object, the ultrasonic testing system with five--axis linkage is designed, can be used in testing the object whose external diameter is 38-117 mm, and length is 39 mm193 rnm. The anti--interference technology for the system is presented. The software under the VC+ + platform has achieved ultrasonic automatic scanning, capturing, imaging and locating of the de fect. The system is verified by experiment, which is able to detect the scratch, hole and inclusion defects over 1. 5mm, and meet the testing requirements of existing objects.
