超声场仿真研究在工业超声探伤领域一直起到举足轻重的作用。本文采用脉冲超声波检测原理,建立仿真平台,利用k-wave工具箱对超声场进行了时域仿真研究,针对声场在圆柱体工件内部的传播情况,并利用声学传感器接收到的回波信号,采用插值重构模型,对工件内部超声场分布做了重构研究和可视化实现,为实际工业生产奠定了理论基础。
Ultrasonic field simulation research is playing a very important role in the field of industrial uhrasonic flaw detection. Based on pulse principle of ultrasound detection, this paper established the simulation platform, using the k-wave toolbox on ultra- sonic field, the time-domain simulation for the transmission of sound field in the cylinder workpiece internal situation. With acoustic sensor receives the echo signal, by using the interpolation reconstruction model, the research on ultrasonic field distribution inside the workpiece made reconstruction and visualization, laying a theoretical foundation for industrial production.
