针对圆柱体构件内部缺陷问题,以超声检测技术为手段,采用体绘制三维重构技术,对构件内部缺陷进行三维重构.首先对圆柱体进行超声检测,并根据采集到的数据提取出其每一个截面的完整信息.然后进行B 扫描成像,对成像图像像素点重组.最后利用体绘制技术对缺陷进行三维重构.结果证明,该方法重构出圆柱体构件中心孔、偏心孔缺陷效果良好,与实际构件相吻合,且大小误差在允许范围内.
Aiming at the problem of cylinder components internal defects,the volume rendering is adopted to achieve three-dimensional (3D)reconstruction by ultrasonic testing technology. Firstly,by ultrasonic testing on cylinder ,it can extract the sectional information of cylinder which is according to the collected data. Secondly,by recombining the pixel and making use of B scan imaging. Finally,using volume rendering technology to 3D reconstruction. Results demonstrate that the method can reconstruct the center hole defects,eccentric hole defects. Reconstructed defects in conformity with the actual component ,which its size error are in the scope of the permit.
