针对发动机包覆层表面可能存在凹坑、凸起等缺陷,使用工业相机和伺服电机对包覆层进行等间距自动检测,得到包覆层表面缺陷图像,采用形态学高帽和低帽变换方法对缺陷图像增强,Ostu双阈值分割的方法进行图像分割,将目标缺陷从复杂背景中提取出来。实验结果表明,该方法在检测发动机包覆层缺陷的大小和位置有较好的效果。
