目的:通过研究甘肃岷县不同海拔当归产量和阿魏酸含量变化,为扩大当归生产适宜区提供理论参考。方法:采用大田小区试验,当归产量以阴干后称重测定,阿魏酸含量采用HPLC法测定。结果:当归产量随海拔升高其变化规律不明显,海拔2 624 m产量最高,与其他海拔间差异显著(P〈0.05);2 624-2 810 m海拔范围当归平均产量最高。当归中阿魏酸含量在2 294-2 624 m海拔范围内随海拔升高而增加,海拔2 624 m阿魏酸含量最高,与其他海拔间差异显著(P〈0.05);2 294-2 519 m海拔范围当归平均阿魏酸含量最高。结论:2 624-2 810 m海拔范围有利于当归产量增加,2 294-2 624 m海拔范围有利于当归中阿魏酸含量增加,因此,在2624 m海拔下有利于提高当归产量和阿魏酸含量。
Objective: To provide theoretical reference for expanding suitable planting area of Angelica sinensis by researching on the variation of yield and ferulic acid(FA) content in different altitude in Min County of Gansu Province.Methods: Field and plot experiment was adopted. The yield was measured by weighing air-dried roots of A.sinensis and FA content was determined by HPLC. Results: It was not obviously that the yield of A.sinensis varied with increasing altitude.There was a maximum yield at the altitude of 2 624 m, which had significant difference(P 0.05) with the rest of the elevation. The highest average yield appeared in the range from 2 624 m to 2 810 m. With the rising altitude, FA content increased in the range from 2 294 m to 2 624 m. The highest FA content was at the altitude of 2 624 m, while other altitude reached significant difference(P〈0.05).The highest average FA content of A. sinensis appeared from 2 294 m to 2 294 m.Conclusion: It was beneficial to increase the yield of in altitude ranged from 2 624 m to 2 810 m and FA content in A. sinensis in altitude ranged from 2 294 m to 2 624 m.Therefore, the suitable planting area of A.sinensis should be placed in 2 624 m which is conducive to the formation of yield and FA of A.sinensis.
