On the basis of the retrieval and reading about related study results from foreign scholars, this essay firstly reviews literature and classifies subjects; secondly, it deeply analyses the sample literature and discusses some study subjects step by step which includes the connotation, formation motivation, portfolio form and alliance portfolio management over the open service innovation alliance portfolio as well as the relationship between the alliance portfolio and the enterprise performance; thirdly, this essay concludes the critical points in four dimensions; moreover, it puts forward the research context and analysis framework of the open service innovation alliance portfolio; lastly, it indicates vacancies of the current study and the future study topics.
