Based on a retrospect of the related study of foreign scholars, this essay firstly defines and establishes a theoreti- cal framework of various aspects on the open service innovation alliance such as the connotation, characteristic, structure and etc. After that, it puts forward a ring - fracture conceptual model of the open service innovation alliance. And then, it explains and analyses the key points on different layers of the model. Finally, it points out the disadvantages of the study on the open service innovation alliance and the future study subjects.
