文章利用区位商测算了上海市物流业的集聚度,同时利用灰色关联分析计算了在三次产业划分下,上海市物流业区位商与各个产业间的灰色关联度,结果显示物流产业集聚与产业发展具有较高的关联度,进而文章引入外商直接投资（FDI）、技术水平因素（TEC）、政府影响因素（GOV）、人力资本因素（HR）,以第二、三产业增加值占GDP的比重作为衡量产业结构升级的指标（IND）,利用上海市2004~2013年的基础数据,建立逐步回归模型,结果显示物流业集聚对于产业结构升级具有促进作用。

英文摘要：

This paper makes a case study of Shanghai to analyze the relationship between logistics industrial conglomeration and industrial structure upgrading. Using the location quotient index to estimate and analyze the degree of logistics industrial conglomeration, taking advantage of gray COlTelation analysis to calculate tile relationship between location quotient index and three major industries, we can find that they have a high degree of relevance. Then used the following variable： the foreign direct investment （FDI）, the stock of human capital （HR）, the technologieal progress （TEC） and the government intervention （GOV） established the stepwise regression model. The empirical results showed that the logistics industrial conglomeration had an significant positive effect on the industrial structure upgrading in Shanghai.
