In cold chain logistics distribution center location problem, cold chain logistics goods damage can also be considered as a part of the logistics cost. Storage time and temperature has an important influence on goods damage. This paper analysizes the influence of transport time and storage temperature on food quality in storage and transportation process and sets up a minimum cost model for cold chain logistics distribution center location. The results show that the effect of the damage of the goods on the cold chain logistics cost is significant; factors such as storage temperature and value of goods have a marked influence on goods damage; and cold chain logistics energy consumption has no obvious influence on cold chain cost..
