手性高分子是一类新型的功能高分子,可广泛应用于医疗卫生、生物化学、材料科学及不对称合成、不对称催化等领域。本文以S-(-)-乳酸甲酯、S-(-)-α-苯乙醇为手性源,N,N’-二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)为缩水剂、4-二甲氨基吡啶为酰化催化剂,分别与三种不饱和酸进行酯化反应设计合成出四种新的手性不饱和酯类单体,通过对此类反应机理的探讨和实验,确定出最佳的反应条件和物料配比,提纯了产物,通过核磁共振及有机元素分析表征确定了得到了纯净的产物。
The chiral polymer is a new kind of functional polymer which can be applied to many fields, such as medical sanitation, biochemistry, agriculture chemical production, material science, asymmetric synthesis and asymmetric catalysis, etc. Methyl-S-(-)-lactate and S-(-)-α-the phenethyl alcohol were used as ehiral pool to synthesise four kinds of new chiral unsaturated esters, under the catalytic of N, N' - dicyclohexyl carbodimide (DCC) and 4-dimethylaminopyridines. The mechanism of the reaction was dis- cussed respectively. The production was characterized through the NMRand organic ultimate analysis and purity product was obtained.
