N-( tert-butoxy carbonyl ) -L- alanine and N-( tert-butoxy carbonyl) -L-phenylalanine were synthesized via carbolylation of L-alanine and L-phenylalanine with Di-tert-butyl dicarhonate. And then the chiral monomers of N-acyl amino acid esters were synthesisedvia esterification of Boc-L-amino acid, mentioned above, with acryl alcohol catalyzed by 4-dimethylamino pyridine and 1,3-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. The structure and properties of the products were studied.
