为进行高效液相色谱法分离对映体合成几种酰胺类聚合物手性固定相。通过(S)-(-)-α-苯乙胺与甲基丙烯酰氯的缩合反应,合成出高纯度可聚合酰胺类手性功能单体(S)-(-)-N-(α-苯乙基)-甲基丙烯酰胺,研究该单体的均聚反应及其与苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚反应,得到带有手性侧基的酰胺类聚合物手性固定相,对反应产物进行结构表征,确定出反应的最佳条件和物料配比。
To provide acylamide chiral CSP for the HPLC separation of enantiomers, aeylamide polymerizable chiral functional monomer (S) - ( - ) - N - ( α- Phenylethyl) - methacrylamide with high purity was synthesized using condensation between (S) - ( - ) -α- phenylethylamine and methacryloyl chloride. Several acylamide polymer CSP with side chiral group were obtained from homopoly-merization of the monomer and eopolymerization of styrene or methyl methacrylate with the monomer. The structure and properties of the products were studied. The best condition of the reaction and the proportion of the materiels were determined.
