整体柱(又名连续床)是一种新型色谱分离介质,具有制备相对简单、渗透性好、传质速度快、样品和流动相消耗少、原料易得以及聚合组分在一定范围内可调、易改性等优点。综述了有机可聚合单体在柱管内原位聚合得到高效液相色谱整体柱、整体柱的制备及反应条件的影响,并简要介绍了两类色谱柱的应用。
The monolithic column (continuous bed) is a novel medium for chromatographic separation. The monolithic column has many advantages such as a relatively simple method for preparation, the good permeability, the fast speeds of mass transfer, the less consumption of samples and mobile phase, readily available raw materials and the adjustable constituent of the polymers within a certain range and the easy modification. The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) monolithic column obtained by the in-situ polymerization, the preparation method of mono-lithic columns and the influence of reaction conditions, and their applications, are reviewed.
