以(S)-(-)-α-苯乙胺为手性源与甲基丙烯酰氯反应合成出高纯度可聚合手性酰胺类单体(S)-(-)-N-(α-苯乙基)-甲基丙烯酰胺,并研究该手性单体的自由基聚合,通过该单体的均聚反应及其与苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚反应,得到带有手性侧基的酰胺类高分子,采用旋光度测定、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等测试技术对单体和聚合物进行了表征。
Polymerizable chrial amide monomer (S)-(-)-N-(cL-Phenylethyl) with high purity was synthesized by co-ndensation of(S)-(-)-a-phenylethylamine which was the chiral pool and methacryloyl chloride. The free-radical polymerization of the chrial monomer was also studied. Amide polymers with chrial side groups were obtained from homopoly-merization of the monomer and copolymerization of styrene or methylmethacrylate with the monomer. Specific rotation, FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy techniques were applied for the characterization of both the monomer and polymer.
