通过对灾区自然经济特征的分析，结合灾害损毁程度，从空间结构优化的角度对灾区重建进行研究，认为灾后重建的空间优化途径主要是主体功能区建设，并对灾区的主体功能区划进行思考，认为应针对灾区中不同类型的功能区进行建设：灾区中的平原地区在推进恢复同时要重点开发；岷江上游干旱河谷等生态脆弱区要以限制和禁止开发的要求进行生态恢复与发展。
英文摘要：
This paper analyszes the natural and economic characteristics of the stricken region. Then, combined with the extent of disaster damage based on space structure optimization, the space optimization approach of reconstruction is development priority zones. Considering with zoning development priority zones in the stricken region, it suggest that the priority zones in earthquake stricken region should be construct by different ways： in the plain areas of disaster, it should promote and focus on development; in Minjiang River dry valley and other ecologically fragile areas, it should restore and develop based on the requirements of limit and prohibit zones.
