城市作为社会发展的重要空间载体，其发展模式演进对经济社会进步具有重要意义。自党的十七大报告提出“建设生态文明”以来，生态文明已上升为国家战略。在生态文明战略背景下，城市发展逐步从经营城市转变到生态城市，并趋向和谐城市。生态城市、和谐城市是生态文明战略的重要组成部分，如何发展生态城市、和谐城市是实践生态文明、建设和谐社会的重要内容。文章围绕生态文明理念，从空间优化的角度分析了典型生态城市的发展模式，并对其发展趋势——和谐城市进行思考，由此提出对城市发展具有借鉴意义的对策建议。
英文摘要：
The city is important spatial carrier of social development, so its development model evolution has the important meaning to the economic society progress. The party＇s 17th major report proposed the ecological civilization. Since then, the ecological civilization rose to national strategies. Based on the strategy of ecological civilization, the city has developed from the city management to the eco-eity, and tends to the harmonious city. Eco-cities and harmonious cities are important components of the strategy, so how to develop coo-city and harmonious city is the important content of ecological civilization and harmonious society. To analyze and compare with the typical eco-cit- ies based on the ecological civilization and space optimization, models and trend of typical eco-cities＇ construction were come to summary, which made reference to the development of cities.
