The sustainable economic development in the old revolutionary base areas is affected by the environment, poverty, lack of resources and the labor forces, as well as the pressure brought by the rapid economic growth. It is pointed out that to realize the sustainable development in the old revolutionary base areas, the only way is to develop the green development, promote the green technology, optimize the industrial structure, and improve the education.
