顾客是企业生存与发展的基础。随着绿色浪潮席卷全球,顾客需求也正加速向绿色化转变,这更加要求企业承担生态责任。本文通过实证分析表明:企业承担生态责任能够满足顾客的绿色需求,为顾客创造价值,提高顾客的满意度,进而带来经济利益的增长。
Customers are the surviving and developing basis of enterprise. With the globalization of green wave, customers are now pursuing more green products, so enterprises are required to take more ecological responsibilities. On the basis of empirical study, this essay shows that enterprises' ecological responsibility can meet customers' green need, create higher values for customers, increase customer satisfaction, and then, enhance enterprises' benefit.
