通过对钢管混凝土拱桥材料非线性分析方法的比较和总结,结合工程实例,采用纤维单元模型着重探讨了材料非线性对拱桥施工稳定性的影响。并对缆风在施工过程中对拱肋稳定性的有利效应、缆风设置等问题作了定量分析。结果表明,稳定安全系数不能拘泥于传统的定义和取值,应结合失稳形态并以实际荷载作用下结构的效应来计算;材料非线性对大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥稳定性的影响更为显著,有时达50%以上;缆风能显著提高拱肋稳定性,其合理布置方式应在拱腰和拱顶位置附近。缆风初张力对提高拱肋稳定性效果不明显。

英文摘要:

According to the comparison and summarization of different analytical methods for material nonlinearity of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridge, the effect of material nonlinearity on the stability of CFST arch bridge during construction was investigated employing the fiber element model based on engineering projects, and the advantageous effect of guy-cable on the stability of arch ribs and the optimal way for guy-cable arrangement were studied quantitatively. Numerical results show that ( 1 ) the traditional definition of stability factor is not reasonable and stability factor should be calculated by the actual effect subjected to different loads under the instable condition; (2) the effect of material nonlinearity on the stability of long span CFST arch bridge is significant which is almost more than 50% ; (3) guy-cable can improve the stability of arch ribs significantly, and the optimal positions of guy-cable are near the arch crown and the haunch; (4) the effect of initial tension of guy-cable on stability of arch ribs is not significant.
