针对传统点或准分布式传感器不能有效监测在役拉索索体的应力分布问题,提出将纤维增强树脂-光纤(FRP-OF)复合智能筋布设到平行拉索,开发出基于布里渊测试技术的分布式平行钢丝束智能拉索,以实现对其内应力进行全尺度监测。实体拉索的静载试验结果表明:在破断索力60%左右的张拉控制力下,RFP-OF复合智能筋的布里渊应变信息能很好地揭示拉索的应力分布状态,测试结果的重复性较好,总平均索力与控制张拉索力的吻合良好,其相对测试误差在5%以内。该智能拉索具有抗电磁干扰、传感距离长、成本低和全尺度测量等优点,可以有效地监测拉索的索力分布情况,符合拉索长期在线健康监测需要。
Since the traditional point or quasi-distributed sensors can not cover the full scale monitoring of cables in service, a new kind of smart cable based on the Brillouin sensing technology is developed by combining the optical fiber-fiber reinforced polymer rebar (named as FRP-OF rebar) with the able wires. Full scale cablets static experimental results show that the FRP-OF can reveal the stress distribution along the cable under 60% of the broken cable load. And the repeatability is very good. The cable load gotten from the average monitored strain agrees well with the controlled force under error of 5%. This kind of smart cable shows perfect advantages such as durability,anti-corrosion, electro-magnetic resistance, low cost and fully-distribution sensing and so on, which can meet the long-term on-line health monitoring for practical cable.
