采用商业MoO3粉和单质S为原料,在高纯(99.999%)Ar气氛中,在800~900℃温度范围内,在石英管式气氛炉中制备合成了MoS2纳米管,用X-射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产品进行了表征.分析了MoS2纳米管的形成机理以及反应温度、气流速度、保温时间对实验结果的影响.结果表明,在800~900℃温度范围内,具有一定的载气气流速度时即可合成MoS2纳米管,保温时间对MoS2纳米管的直径大小、分布没有影响.
MoS2 nanotubes are prepared by chemical vapour deposition reaction of commercial MoO3 powder and S in a conventional tube furnace at 800-900℃ under high pure(99.999%)argon atmosphere. The nanotubes are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The growth mechanism of MoS2 nanotubes and influences of temperature, argon flow rate and time of heat treatment on product are studied. The results show that MoS2 nanotubes are only obtained from 800℃ to 900℃ with a suit argon flow rate, and time of heat treatment handly influence on diameters distributing of MoS2 nanotubes.
